Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona, Davy & baby & Frances

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are all pretty well by now and that you dear Frances are much better from toothache and head. It's very stormy here today. Our school no. 94, and sacrament tonight. The Monthly Meeting is held in our chapel on Thursday next and the Rev. Professor David Williams of Aberystwyth delivers a sermon at 7 o'clock.

Mr Evan Jones is a little better today. Mrs Jenkins (the Bank) was asking when were you coming back and also many others. I tell them that I don't know. We were giving farewell to Mrs Ed. Jones and him in the school. They are going to Oswestry. Also Evans the Policeman is off to Commies tomorrow, so you see that there are a few changes, a few friends remembering to you Frances. We hope that this Sabbath day has been spent by you all with some amount of holy joy and pleasure. So we conclude with our very best love to all.
