Dear Lizzie Ann, JM, Lona, Davy & baby

We just write a line to you to say that we are all pretty well. Glyn is alright. Been out with Dada yesterday. We shall hope to have your presence very soon. Hoping that you are all quite well. Our school no. 93. Mr Davies is preaching today. Poor Dr. Matthews is in a very weak state. His life has almost been despaired of. This morning to my great surprise there was a funeral from the station, and I asked who it was and they told me that it was young Ed. Marpole been brought from London. Died in consumption.

So I have not much news to tell you this time. I see David going and coming to his work every day. So no more at present. With best love to all.
