Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona, little David & babby
We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that they find you all in pretty good health. Glad to say that Mamma is better. Frances and myself are quite well. We had a great storm of thunder and lightening and rain last night, but it is very fine today. Our school no. 87. I enjoyed my class very well. Hoping dear that you have been able to receive some blessing for yourself. The swallow has found a niche where she may lay her young, even thine altars, oh Lord of Hosts, my King and my God. Amen.
So I have not much news to tell you this time. May God bless you all. With our very best love to all.
