Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona, little David & baby
We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping to find you all quite well as it leaves us pretty well at present. Dear Lizzie Ann they bury Mrs Edwards (Saddler) at about 3 o'clock Monday. I dare say you will think at that time they have buried today.
Our school no. 71. Rather small. Mr Davies is our preacher. It's a very fine day. Hoping dear that you are able to spend this day in holy meditation as well as you can. Of course you are much disturbed because of the children. They will have a place and their voices will be heard. We remember also that God has promised much for the children. May he bless you all. With our very best love to all.
