Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona, little David & babby
We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you, hoping that you are all quite well as we are pretty well at present. It is snowing here a little today and Mamma does not feel very bright, but we must feel thankful for things as they are.
School no 92. We have no preacher today. R. Owen (Welshpool) was to be, but he was not well enough to come so we had a prayer meeting this morning which was very nice and tonight we are having a service of song which is very pleasing to me always. We can praise the Lord in our song. I hope dear that you are able to derive some spiritual good today so that this Sabbath is not lost to us. The Lord is ever near those that feel him. So no more at present.
From your dear Father & Mother & Sister
With very best love to all. Children X X X
