Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona and little David

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you. Very glad to see that you are all so well as we are all pretty well at present. I called on V. Owen today and he is much better and he is remembering to you very much, and his is so thankful to you for your kind remembrances of him.

Dear I failed to go to chapel this morning therefore I have no shape of a sermon to send you, but I had a very good class of nine young men in my class and I enjoyed myself very much and also knowing that I was able to do some little good. Our school no. 98. Mr Davies is our preacher today. So glad to see that the children enjoyed themselves so much at their tea party. I enjoyed reading in Job, 21st, 22nd and 23rd chapters and I find that by reading the old testament that I render such knowledge to the mind. Should I be spared for some time I shall have read the Bible through the verses that we find in the old testament. Some verses are so inspiring. May God bless you all. So I have not much news this time.

From your dear Father & Mother & Sister
