Dear Lizzie Ann, Frances, David, JM, Lona and little David

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you. We were very glad to have your letter this morning and to see that you arrived safe and that you had a pleasant journey. Hoping that you are all recovering from the long ride. Our School no. 87. I had a very good class, enjoyed it much. To my great surprise who did I see in the pulpit conducting the service but Mr M. Griffiths. The Welshpool man did not come, but Mr Griffiths was very good. Something very fresh about his sermon.

Mamma is middling but there is such a change in the weather. Singing rather poor. Frances not one in the ????. So we must conclude with our very best love to all.

From Father, Mother,

Dear, please write soon.
