Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona & babby

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are all quite well as we are all pretty well at present. The weather is very hot and it (next line unreadable due to fading). Sunday School – 77. People away very much now. So glad to see that you are coming to see us soon, this being the Lord’s will. We are wondering how did Johnny pass his great day. I dare say we shall have a letter soon.

So we have not much more news to at present. May God bless you all. Tell John & Lona to be very good children and to come and see for Taid & Nain & Frances. With our very best love to you all.
