Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona & babby

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are all quite well as we are all pretty well today, only that it is very sultry and heavy. Dear Lizzie Ann I failed to go to Chapel this morning therefore I have not a word of sermon to tell you, but I had a good class in the School. Our meditation was the parable of the Prodigal Son and in those three parables there ought to be enough for everybody, but the young men were rather dull to the ideas of the Parables; but I would think of a time of sowing and not a time of reaping.

No. in school 93. On Thursday next the School is going to Borth for a day. Our Minister is the Rev. Ernest Jones (Dolgelly), very good. The Revival is going very well in North Wales. Anglesey at Llanerchymedd on Whit Monday – 4,000 people and about two dozen praying at once I was told by one that had been there.

Best love to all.

Father, Mother & Sister.
