Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM, Lona and babby

We now take the pleasure of writing these lines to you hoping that you are all quite well as we are pretty well today. Frances had a very bad cold on Friday but much better by today. Mamma is coming to Chapel tonight. I hope you will gather a little from what I have written as a sermon. Our School no. 107. Poor Miss Jones (Infant School) died on Saturday morning. She was a very great friend of yours and used to ask about you, but she is gone now. We must believe to a glorious place. Dear Lizzie Ann and David I thank you very much for your kind invitation but I don’t think that I can come this Easter. We may be busy in the Hotel and I do not like to lose any chances, but perhaps sometime again.

We are so glad to hear that the Revival is keeping up so well with you. A young man writing to Frances said so. No more at present. With very best love to all.
