Dear Lizzie Ann, David, and the Dear Children

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you. Sorry to see that you have had such bad colds. Glad to see that David is better. Hoping that you all will get rid of your colds soon. We are all pretty well today. Hoping that Lona has had her birthday cake Saturday night. So glad to see dear Lizzie Ann that you are trying to get to some of the meetings. Do your best. It appears that this is a sell[???] time that God is visiting his church. There are meetings in the day and until very late hours at night and this certainly means something.

Our School no. 122 today. More than as ever been before. Elias Jones (Newtown) is the preacher. I enclose you what I could write down, text – 2nd chapter Luke, 15th verse – last part.

So we have no more at present.

Best love from Father, Mother & Sister

M, E, F.
