Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM & Lona and little David

We take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are all quite well as it leaves us at present. Mamma is pretty well. It’s a very rough day here, wind and rain. Our School no. was 89. Mr Davies is our preacher today. I enclose you is sermon as best I could. You will find the verses.

Burying Mr J Thomas tomorrow at two o’ clock. I was so pleased with the children’s letters. Tell them to be very good and send me more letters. No more at present.

From Father, Mother & Sister with best love.

I hope dear Lizzie Ann that you have spent a Sunday with enjoyment and holy prayer. May God bless you.
