Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM & Lona

We now take the pleasure of writing a few lines to you hoping that you are all quite well. We were so glad to see that you were all quite well in the letter yesterday. So glad to have a letter from you and to see that the children enjoy the little rabbit so well. Sorry to tell you that Frances is in bed all day with neuralgia, last night and today. We hope that she will have quietness now soon, as Christmas is near and she has got a lot of work to do.

We are having a very nice Sunday, student preacher. Very good. Text, St John 1st chapter, 12th verse. No. in School 95. I enjoyed my class very much. Mr David Jones (Aberllefeny) died last Tuesday morning, was buried yesterday at 3 o’clock. A very large funeral. Poor old man he died so easy that they hardly knew that he was dead it was so quiet. Dear Lizzie I must apologise for the last letter. I forgot to post it and when I found out that it was in my pocket I was very much upset. I know that you were so much disappointed and I know that there is not much in it to do you good, but it is something to let you know how we are and what is going on in our Town. Also may the peace of God be with you and the love of Jesus filling your hearts with joy.

I was so glad to see that you had been to that tea meeting and that you enjoyed yourselves and the children. May God bless them. Tell them from Taid to be very good children. So I have no more at present to say. Mamma is pretty well now. With our best love to you all.
