Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM & Lona & Frances

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that they will find all quite well as we are pretty well at present. It’s a fine day. Poor Jim Reese has been in bed a week now. The Doctors say it’s weakness. Dear Frances we should like to see you at home. The big meeting with the Baptists is on Thursday. David the F…. would like you to come and on Friday there is a soiree with our Christian Endeavour.

Our preacher today is a young man from Bala. Very good. Text – Luke 13th chapter, 24th verse – ‘strive to enter in at the strait gate..’. Sunday School no. 89. Give our very best love to David and the children. X X. Have not much news this time. Dear Frances hoping to see you this week. Dear Lizzie Ann, be right cheerful, he has overcome the world, may his blessing be upon you all. Amen.

With best love to all.
