Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM & Lona

We now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are all quite well as it leaves us all pretty well at present. It is a very hot day here. We are spending a nice Sunday. Mr Williams is our preacher this morning. Text was St John, 15 chapter, 14th verse – ‘ye are my friends if ye do whatsoever I command you’. The Sunday School no 91. The Sale of Work is next Thursday. Frances was successful at Commins Coch last Monday. Mr Williams will be leaving us on about the beginning of July, so we have to look out for a new Minister.

Dear Lizzie Ann I have not much news to tell you this time. Hoping that you are able to spend this Sabbath day in quiet with much thought. The text tells us who are the friends of Jesus. So no more at present. With very kind love to you all.

From your dear Father & Mother & Sister
