Dear Lizzie Ann, David, JM & Lona

We take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping they will find you in good health as it leaves us all at present. Mamma is pretty well. Dear Lizzie Ann it is a very fine day. Our Preacher is Mr Rev. R. Owen (Welshpool). The text was 1st Corinthians, 3rd chapter, 12 & 13th verses. I enjoyed very much. Our School was 79 in number. Dear Lizzie Ann we are looking forward to your coming to see for us. There as a good many cyclists being here now lately and they were nearly all from Birmingham, so it puts thinking about you all.

There is not much news here now, only I hope dear that you are enjoying this Sabbath day with much peace and joy, as we are trying to do the same. Mr Rowlands is our questioner in the school. I have very much pleasure in trying to answer him. We are in the 2nd chapter of Romans and the 5th verse today it certainly is the best part of all the services.

So I have not much news to tell you this time. May the blessing of the Lord be with you all. Amen. Tell JM about Dada, Nain & Frances, dear little Lona – a kiss for each X X X

From your dear Father and Mother and Frances
