Dear Lizzie Ann
I now take the pleasure of writing these few lines to you hoping that you are quite well and baby, and hoping that David is quite well and also Johnny and Frances. Give our very best love to them all. We are both pretty well. It is a very wet Sunday here. We have Mr Green (Aberystwyth) preaching for us today. Poor Billy Vaughan died this morning.
Dear Lizzie Ann see that Frances will start in good time on Wednesday morning. The train leaves at 8.10 - Euston. We should be very glad to see Johnny if he thought of coming to visit us. We hope that David is getting on very well in Birmingham. You will be rather lonely when Frances will come away. We hope that John Morris is getting on very well now.
Dear Lizzie Ann we have not much news this time to tell you. We shall have a lot of news when Frances comes home. So may God bless you every one and be with you, making you all his own peculiar children through your trusting him every day.
These few lines are from your dear Father and Mother - M & E Lewis
